Robot Cell: JAE Automation is developing a robot welding cell for a client in order to achieve consistent and quality welds while meeting the demand of delivering these parts. The cell consists of a Fanuc six axis robot integrated with a 450amp Lincoln welder, which is being controlled by an Allen Bradley PLC with an HMI for user control. The robot cell has been tested in our onsite test facility which helps to reduce integration time for our client.
